You throw flour, water, salt and yeast in a bowl until you have a wet, sticky dough...and make no-cheese pizza, because you have no cheese.
I love how airy the crust was!!
And thogu we have no food, Dad brought home cookies someone gave him from work

Actually, I think I prefer pizza without the cheese. :D Or perhaps just a light coating of cheese.
Your pizza looks good. The grilled pizza is simple. The dough is rolled flat( special recipe for the grill) and then you grill one side of it. You remove them from the grill and then top the charred side. Then you place the other side back down. It doesnt stick and is really fabulous.
